From an interior design perspective, the luxury ocean liner realizes the importance of creating an unforgettable environment that attracts and delights guests.

Within the Sky Observation Lounge on Celebrity’s Equinox ship sits a puzzle-piece sculpture on an elevated landing. Initially seeming too bare on its own, the designer wanted an elegant backdrop material that could help establish the artistic sculpture as the definitive showpiece of the room – choosing a 3/8" aluminum Fabricoil® metal wire mesh curtain powder-coated in a rich Satin Gold finish that complements the deep tan tones of the sculpture for the job. The coiled metal wire mesh panel is mounted using a custom-curved Cascade Architectural’s Steel Secura Track attachment that allows the drapery system to slide to either side of a hardware channel if desired.

The semi-transparent nature of Fabricoil coiled wire fabric also ensures that the sculpture is visible from all angles while maintaining a complete view of the surrounding room. For the designer, the Fabricoil metal mesh drapery brilliantly integrates with Celebrity Cruises’ upscale ambience.
